Because we are Ahpra registered for both chiropractic and acupuncture, either of the consultations can be claimed for private health funds rebates

All Private Health Funds and Medicare(EPC) rebates can be claimed onsite on the day of consultation through HICAPS facility.
*Please check your insurance policy to make sure your policy covers for chiropractic or acupuncture consultations.

Medicare bulk billed + gap payment * Medicare does not cover the full cost

If you have a chronic muscle and joint condition that lasted for 6 months or longer, you may be able to get Medicare benefits of up to five chiropractic consultations a year under the Enhanced Primary Care programme (EPC). These benefits can be claimed on-site and there is no need to take receipts to Medicare to claim a rebate.

Please talk to your GP to find out if you are eligible for Medicare benefits for chiropractic services. If you are eligible, we will work with your GP to help set up this program for you.
